HISTORY OF MEAN GIRLS DAY


Mean Girls is a 2004 American teen comedy film directed by Mark Waters, and written by Tina Fey. The film, which stars Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams, Tim Meadows, Ana Gasteyer, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey, is partially based on Rosalind Wiseman’s 2002 non-fiction self-help book, Queen Bees and Wannabes, which describes female high school social cliques and the damaging effects they can have on girls.



The film has gained cult recognition and popularity across wide sections over a period of time, becoming a pop-culture phenomenon. Fans have made GIFs and memes of the film and posted them on social media, including Facebook and Twitter.

Try the worn out
Celebrating Mean Girls Day is about joy and merrymaking. Go straight to your wardrobe and pick up those memorable school day costumes and accessories. Style them up and get funked. Take a picture of yourself and notice if you have changed a bit or maybe not.
